Whistleout.com - Web Specialist
- Lead designer for landing pages, banners, homepage ads, display ads and remarketing ads
- Template development with a strong proficiency in HTML, Bootstrap CSS (some JS)
- Conduct all user & product support via Zendesk
- Create and maintain Whistleout’s help center and knowledge base
- Create engaging content using best SEO practices with over 5 million page views in 2017

- Conducted new website configuration including data uploads, content creation and overall onboarding
- Provided support to clients on matters such as HTML issues, log-in failure, membership software support, and other general inquiries regarding the software product
- Ensured the highest levels of customer satisfaction by responding to support requests in a timely manner via the YourMembership support system or directly over the phone
